Collected works 2026

Seven canvases. Each one hides more than it shows.

Up close, small recognisable elements. Step back and larger forms appear. From further still, everything merges. Look closely at a work and it comes apart.

01

Future: a pale worked ground with a dense core of scarlet and ember at its centre.

Future

Earthly and cosmic forms converge. At the centre, a steady heartbeat dissolves fear and sustains the spirit, opening the way toward an uncertain yet embraced future.

02

Icarus: ivory and slate across a wide canvas, with crimson gathering along a diagonal.

Icarus

Acrylic on linen  ·  300 × 200 cm

A reflection on courage and its limits. A bird’s head transforms into that of a bull, shifting from fragility to force. Elements within the composition suggest tension between freedom and restraint: the thin line between ambition and overreach.

03

Deep Ocean: a long horizontal canvas, pale and drifting, with warm light held near the middle.
Deep Ocean WholeFragment

Deep Ocean

Acrylic on linen  ·  200 × 100 cm

A study of connection without self-loss. A wounded soul drifts into depth, where beauty fades from view. An open hand offers direction, while a snake cautions against the illusions of light. Between darkness and glare lies the fragile space where two can meet and something real can take shape.

04

Prediction: a soft arc of light across the canvas, with coral and olive gathering at the right.
Prediction WholeFragment

Prediction

Acrylic on linen  ·  250 × 200 cm

A life observed from a distance. A child looks down from above, while lines cut across the canvas like paths through time. At the centre, a figure opens its arms, suspended between past and future. The work holds fragments of memory, struggle, and quiet acceptance.

05

Arise: scattered bursts of amber, violet and green rising through a white field.
Arise WholeFragment

Arise

Acrylic on linen  ·  250 × 200 cm

A composition of transformation. The butterfly contains a multitude of forms, suggesting a shared origin beneath visible differences. Colour, movement and energy converge, hinting at what remains unseen yet present within all living things.

06

Pegasus: a pale, heavily worked ground broken by scarlet at the upper left and a mass of orange and red at the lower right, with darkness held in the corners.
Pegasus WholeFragment

Pegasus

Acrylic on linen  ·  150 × 120 cm

A shifting image that reveals itself in layers. What first appears as a horse slowly transforms into a dancing female figure: Medusa, mother of Pegasus. Forms emerge and dissolve, inviting a second look. Myth reinterpreted through movement and ambiguity, where nothing remains fixed.

07

Window to Imagination: an ivory ground crossed by a low band of scarlet and amber, with pale blue arcs sweeping through it and darkness at the lower left.

An opening rather than a picture. The eye is given room to wander and to furnish what it finds. Nothing insists; everything is available. What you meet here is largely your own.

A painting is difficult to capture with a camera. The scale is lost, and with it the three dimensions. Many professionals have tried. People who know the work only from photographs are usually surprised when they stand in front of it.
